ATTENTION: Program officials that have been mandated to attend JRCERT Seminars/Workshops can substitute workshop attendance by completing the corresponding approved JRCERT LINK Courses (e-learning). All required courses for substitution must be completed by a single individual by the due date for seminar attendance.

Welcome Reception:
The JRCERT Board and Staff would like to invite you to a reception on Monday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. This reception will provide opportunities to meet other program officials from across the country and engage with JRCERT Staff. Additionally, Joy Harmon, founder of Bringing Joy, will be present to talk about our Veteran’s Day Collection Drive. Hors d’oeuvre will be served and a cash bar will be available.
Special Dietary Needs:
The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch for both days of the conference. The Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel will do their best to accommodate for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and food allergies.
Refund Policy:
A 20% fee plus credit card fees are deducted for cancellation. Refund request must be received by email (jluczak@jrcert.org) by October 28, 2024.
