The 2021 Program Annual Report (PAR) is now available to program directors in the Accreditation Management System (AMS) portal. The annual report is due October 7, 2022 for programs whose final 2021 class graduation was between January 1 and September 30, 2021. For programs whose final 2021 class graduation was between October 1 and December 31, 2021, the annual report is due January 13, 2023. If programs have not previously had graduation dates of October 1 or later and require a due date of January 13, 2023, please contact the office. A guide for completion of the annual report is available here. Additionally, this year we are requesting that programs complete the 2022 Needs Assessment Survey.
