Dear Program Officials, Students, and Professionals:

Greetings from the JRCERT.  We are pleased to report that the second draft of the revised Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, Magnetic Resonance, and Medical Dosimetry are now available for your review and comment.

We received many comments on Draft 1 via our Web survey, e-mails, and representation at various professional meetings.

In support of the process, we are requesting your essential feedback regarding Draft 2 of the revised Standards.  The Web survey will be accessible through July 31, 2009.

Web survey results, input received from colleagues at professional meetings, and feedback from professional organizations will be considered in the revisions process.  The JRCERT will consolidate all feedback in developing Draft 3 for adoption at the Fall 2009 Board meeting.  Draft 3 will be posted for public review and comment.
